When a Twist Card says: “One Opponent,” the player chooses any active opponent.
Twist Cards take effect immediately when played, unless a Reaction Twist Card is used in response.

If a Twist Card conflicts with any rule, the Twist Card takes priority.

Choose one opponent and place this card as their Last Drawn Playing Card
While this card is in front of a player
their Hand Total is 21.
This card is treated as their Last Drawn Playing Card until another Playing Card becomes their Last Drawn Playing Card.
Twist Cards that affect a Last Drawn Playing Card may affect this card.
If that player draws one or more Playing Cards, add the value of those cards to 21.
This card may be discarded, swapped, rotated, or otherwise affected by Twist Cards that affect a Last Drawn Playing Card.
If this card leaves that player, the Set 21 effect ends. If it moves to another player, the Set 21 effect moves with it.
Example:
A player is set to 21, then draws a 6. Their Hand Total becomes 27. If the 6 is discarded while the Set 21 card remains with that player, their Hand Total returns to 21.

These cards change the current Twist Target that all players are trying to reach without going over.
The new Twist Target remains in effect until another Twist Target card is played or until the round ends.

The starting Twist Target for every round is:

If found:

Twist Card Timing

Instead, set your points to 1 during scoring.
